Bilingual HR Generalist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual HR Generalist to join our clients dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations. This role will primarily focus on providing HR support, implementing policies and procedures, managing recruitment activities, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- HR Support: Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, including responding to inquiries, addressing employee relations issues, and assisting with policy interpretation and application.
- Recruitment and Selection: Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, including the creation and delivery of orientation materials, conducting new hire orientations, and ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling employee relations matters, investigating and resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate workshops to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth.
- HR Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, generate HR reports, and provide data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- HR Projects: Participate in HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, with a focus on recruitment and selection.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
