HR Business Parnter

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our client’s team. As a key member of the Human Resources department, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives. The HR Business Partner will provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, talent management, compensation, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, employment law, talent management, organizational development and transformation, compensation, and HR best practices
  • Work with direct HR supervisor to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the company’s goals and objectives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on issues related to employee performance, development, and employee retention
  • Facilitate and lead HR-related training sessions and programs for managers and employees
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, and make recommendations for resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Partner with the HR leaders to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives that support the company’s commitment to creating an inclusive workplace

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-7+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role (i.e., Sr. HR Generalist)
  • Proven experience with HR strategy and planning
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations, and industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
