HR Business Partner – Georgia
We are seeking an accomplished HR Business Partner to join our client in Kennesaw, GA. The HR Business Partner will play a key role in driving our human resources initiatives and providing strategic HR support to the organization. Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership:Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters. Collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Performance Management:Lead the design and implementation of performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a focus on employee growth and development.
- Talent Management:Develop and execute talent management strategies, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives to build a high-performing organization.
- Employee Relations:Oversee employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and fostering a positive work environment. Provide guidance to management and employees on employee-related issues.
- Organizational Design:Collaborate with leadership to assess and optimize organizational structures, ensuring they support business goals and promote efficiency and collaboration.
- Succession Planning:Implement succession planning programs to identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
- HR Strategy Development:Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and drive a positive employee experience.
- Shared Service/COE Collaboration:Leverage experience working in organizations with shared service or center of excellence models. Collaborate effectively with these teams to deliver seamless HR services.
- Business Acumen:Apply a deep understanding of the organization’s industry, market positioning, and strategic objectives to inform HR strategies and decisions.
- Leadership Potential:Display the potential to step into an HR Manager role in the near future. Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on HR Business Partnering.
- Mastery in Performance Management, Talent Management, employee relations, organizational design, succession planning, and HR strategy development.
- Experience working for organizations with shared service or center of excellence models.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
