HR Manager
We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization that is opening a newly consolidated facility and is seeking an HR Manager to play a key role in building the people function from the ground up.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager or a Senior HR Generalist ready to take the next step into their first HR leadership role. You’ll work closely with site leadership during a major operational transition as multiple facilities come together under one roof, helping shape culture, drive recruiting efforts, support employee engagement, and establish HR processes for a workforce of approximately 90 employees.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Oil & Gas experience will also be considered
- Experience supporting plant, production, industrial, or operational workforces
- Strong employee relations, compliance, performance management, and recruiting experience
- Ability to work independently and serve as the primary HR resource onsite

Responsibilities:
- Lead recruiting efforts across hourly, professional, and leadership roles
- Manage onboarding and new hire orientation
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy
- Handle employee relations, investigations, and performance management
- Support payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR administration
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Help build HR processes and infrastructure for a newly consolidated operation
