HRIS Analyst
Our client is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join their HR team. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, identifying and analyzing processes, information and data. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for configuring systems based on the HR defined needs and requirements with a high importance on time tracking. Other responsibilities include:
- Participate in HR Systems user acceptance testing to ensure successful end results as well as serving as a point of contact for HR in the area of data and system processes
- Create reports and dashboards to deliver HR analytics and ensure data accuracy and data integrity
- Perform routine tasks for projects or departments and work on project-based assignments
- Create and deliver HR System process training to End Users
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of experience utilizing Workday HCM
- 3 years of experience utilizing UKG/UltoPro
- Extensive experience doing hands on Configuration and troubleshooting
- Soft skills as well as Technical skills
- Good communication skills
