HRIS Analyst
A growing, multi-location services organization is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support and enhance its enterprise HR technology platform. This company is undergoing significant transformation and expansion, creating an immediate need for a systems-focused HR professional who can ensure stability, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency across the HR function. This position will work closely with both HR and IT stakeholders and play a key role in maintaining system performance while supporting ongoing business growth initiatives.
The HRIS Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for the organization’s Human Capital Management system, providing daily system support, reporting expertise, and process optimization. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate data management, streamlined workflows, and scalable solutions to support workforce expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting within the HRIS platform (Workday experience required)
- Build, maintain, and enhance custom reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics
- Support core HR business processes, including talent management workflows
- Partner with HR leadership and IT teams on system improvements and enhancements
- Assist with system integration and configuration support tied to organizational growth initiatives
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and data integrity
- Maintain documentation for system procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR analytics, or HR systems administration
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM
- Advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities
- Experience supporting talent lifecycle processes within an HR system
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
