What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with peers and other members of the global-based People team to ensure clients are successful in their ability to drive individual performance within their organization, close capability gaps and ensure organizational effectiveness
  • Use effective strategies to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change and provide group and 1-on-1 coaching with leaders
  • Partner in implementing organizational talent planning and recruiting strategies
  • Ensuring execution of these plans leads to generative learning and growth for the organization
  • Use data to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and/or to assess results of organizational changes or market pressures
  • Effectively manage the talent agenda activities for several client groups
  • Continually assess the competitiveness and efficacy of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries, and markets


Who you are:

  • Confirmed global HR partnering experience including creating talent agendas, driving top team effectiveness and coaching leaders
  • Experience specifically with the demands of Technology organizations including product management, engineering and also Operations
  • Strong skills in: advising, project management, communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict management and leveraging analytics for insights
  • Always ready to go get what’s next, you are familiar with methods and approaches needed to get things done in a lean, fast, sometimes ambiguous environment-and can leverage the broader team for support
  • Highly organized with operational excellence
  • Able to execute a plan using data to inform along the way, and make sound prioritization decisions
  • Gains client’s trust by successfully addressing their concerns to further long-term interests
  • Sound written and verbal communicator, able to succinctly guide client groups with clear expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in Human Resources in Oil and Gas
  • Strong HR practitioner with appropriate business acumen
  • Exceptional HR operations, workforce planning, coaching and development experience
  • Strong change management skills and change agent by nature
  • Consulting skills and ability to persuade/influence senior business leaders on suggested actions
  • Strong ability to multitask and remain calm in emergencies
  • Superb conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
  • Strong knowledge of laws and regulations
  • Exceptional communicator and team player with solid interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Ability to attract, build, retain and inspire a best-in-class, high-performing HR team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficient in HRIS and talent management systems
