Human Resources Director

Our client in the Energy Corridor area is seeking a strong HR Director to spearhead their HR department, serving as a vital partner to the executive team. This pivotal role entails shaping the company’s overarching vision and mission by crafting effective people strategies and implementing best practices. The Director of HR will be responsible for overseeing all facets of human resources management, spanning recruitment, organizational development, total rewards, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic HR plans and policies to drive organizational growth.
  • Lead the HR team in delivering comprehensive services across all company divisions, including affiliate entities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to employment laws and regulations.
  • Initiate and oversee organizational development projects aligned with business objectives, including the seamless integration of acquired companies.
  • Direct talent acquisition and retention efforts, facilitating smooth transitions for employees from acquired companies.
  • Manage employee relations and foster engagement through well-designed programs.
  • Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to guide decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to cultivate a high-performance culture that reflects the parent company’s values and standards across all subsidiaries.
  • Foster responsible workforce growth, training, and retention initiatives.
  • Supervise HR operations encompassing payroll and benefits administration.

  • Proven track record as a Human Resources leader or in a similar executive capacity, particularly in managing HR functions within a multi-company environment.
