Organizational Development & Talent Manager – NYC

Our international client is seeking a distinguished professional to become their Organizational Development & Talent Manager to achieve excellence through innovation and cultivating leadership across the global landscape.

This position entails the development and execution of talent management strategies that resonate on a global scale. Working collaboratively with HR Business Partners and our esteemed Leadership Team, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing innovative talent programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement performance processes designed to identify, nurture, and retain exceptional talent, aligning with the nuanced needs of our diverse global workforce.
  • Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships with HR Business Partners and the Leadership Team, translating strategy into impactful talent initiatives.
  • Offer expert coaching to business leaders, providing insights into various dimensions of talent management and suggesting interventions to further develop high-potential leaders.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the fabric of our talent management processes.
  • Leverage cutting-edge talent-related technologies to dissect metrics, pinpoint strengths and areas for enhancement, and ensure seamless system execution.
  • Lead a team of talented professionals within the talent management sphere, fostering their growth and capability to execute intricate talent strategies.
  • Maintain a vigilant awareness of industry trends and emerging best practices to ensure the continued alignment of Talent Management with our overarching business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a pertinent field or commensurate experience.
  • A proven track record of over 7 years in conceiving and operationalizing effective talent management strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership acumen through at least 3 years of experience in guiding and cultivating high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in adeptly navigating ambiguity, instilling clarity, and orchestrating change within a global, fast-paced milieu.
  • Evidence of program or project management expertise, underpinned by an unwavering commitment to detail and ownership.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, augmented by a poised executive presence.
  • A demonstrated ability to establish, foster, and uphold relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
