Recruiter –

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Research, source (using referrals, data mining and internet resources), evaluate resumes, conduct screening interviews to qualify candidates and present candidates to hiring managers
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for current and projected hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand lines of business and hiring needs
  • Partner with HR to provide best practices and customer service to hiring community
  • Will be responsible for staffing related metrics which are reviewed per business line
  • May coach less experienced team members
  • Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years current experience successfully recruiting for engineering disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for engineering and project management roles
  • Experience with ATS preferred
  • Ability to work in a high stress fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently within a team centric environment with minimal guidance
  • Proven ability to develop long term business relationships with candidates and managers
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Must have excellent time management skills
  • Able to apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and nonstandard situations
  • Ability to use creative and analytical thinking for problem solving
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to improve service to hiring community
  • Proactively searches for additional training for self development to remain current in respective field
