We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Corporate Recruiter to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talented individuals for a variety of positions across their corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for identifying top talent.


  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conducting reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Extending job offers and negotiating compensation packages with candidates.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking activities to build a pipeline of talent.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and activities to management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Experience recruiting for hourly positions across various corporate functions (e.g., customer service, administrative, sales, data entry, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment law compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

This is a full-time, direct hire, hybrid opportunity in North Houston (IAH area).
