Recruiter
We are partnering with a dynamic and growing organization in the energy and power generation space to identify a high-impact Recruiter who will support full-cycle hiring across both field/operations and corporate functions throughout North America.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and enjoys partnering closely with leadership to drive talent strategy across critical business lines.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment across operations/field and corporate roles (hourly through professional-level talent)
- Manage high-volume requisitions across multiple regions in North America
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver top talent quickly
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across energy, power generation, and industrial talent markets
- Screen, interview, and manage candidates through the full hiring lifecycle
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience recruiting within energy, power generation, turbines, or related industrial sectors
- Strong track record managing high-volume, full-cycle recruiting as an individual contributor
- Experience supporting both field/operations and corporate roles
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence hiring managers
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
