Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Coordinator with a strong background in high-volume recruitment coordination, particularly in the oil and gas, chemicals, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recruitment coordination experience and is preferred to hold a degree in a relevant field. Key Responsibilities:


Candidate Sourcing and Coordination: Assist in the identification and attraction of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and internal databases.

Coordinate the candidate screening, interview, and selection process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

High-Volume Recruitment: Manage high volumes of job requisitions and applications while maintaining a high standard of quality in the recruitment process.

Collaborate with multiple hiring managers and teams to meet their staffing needs.

Job Posting and Advertisement: Draft compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract potential candidates.

Utilize various recruitment platforms to post job listings and track their performance.

Interview Scheduling: Arrange and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.

Communicate interview details and provide necessary information to both parties.

Candidate Onboarding: Assist with pre-employment activities, including background checks, reference checks, and new hire documentation.

Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.

Generate reports and analytics to assess recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Candidate Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries.

Communicate with candidates on interview status and post-interview feedback.


  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, with a focus on high-volume recruitment in the oil and gas, chemicals, or related industries.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle numerous job requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate candidate records and data management.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant labor laws and industry-specific recruitment best practices.
