Remote Recruiter – Orlando
Our client in Orlando, Florida, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own the full-cycle hiring process and help build strong, high-performing teams across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a thoughtful, professional candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a diverse range of roles, from skilled trades and warehouse to sales, corporate, and leadership positions
- Proactively source talent through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring decisions, and manage offer processes
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and align on selection criteria
- Ensure a positive, timely, and engaging experience for all candidates
- Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws, internal policies, and diversity initiatives
- Support employer branding efforts by promoting company culture and values
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality to continuously improve hiring outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Process), or a related field preferred
- 2–4 years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting a mix of warehouse, blue-collar, sales, corporate, and leadership roles
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms; ADP Recruiting experience preferred
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and recruiting best practices
