Senior HR Manager

Our Houston client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including people solutions that align with business goals, talent assessment, change management and team building
  • Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
  • Own and implement transformation projects as a leader within the HR community
  • Proactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Partner with business to assess manager capability and develop solutions to address gaps identified
  • Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
  • Drive talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development plans
  • Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Management process and employee engagement action plans throughout the year
  • Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Employee Development, Compensation, Legal, DI&B, and HR teams to implement solutions and help scale the business
  • Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution
  • Work closely with our Employee Relations Partners, supporting employee relations issues as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or HR leadership role partnering with clients within a rapidly growing, continually evolving organization
  • 3+ years of progressive people management experience (1:1s, coaching, career development, completing performance reviews, participating in calibrations, performance management)
  • 3+ years of managing a variety of employee relations issues.
  • Demonstrates past success in delivering results on key initiatives and projects within a fast-paced environment using proven time management skills, prioritization skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
  • Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
  • Effective communication and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization; from Individual Contributor to Vice President
  • Demonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusion work
  • Demonstrates project management and change management experience
  • Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and proven relationship builder across teams
  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
  • Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solving problems
  • Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
