Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle Recruitment:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Industry Expertise:Leverage your in-depth understanding of the healthcare, insurance and professional services sectors within the USA to effectively identify and engage with qualified candidates. Stay current with industry trends and developments to inform recruitment strategies.
- Talent Sourcing:Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific channels, to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Candidate Assessment:Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Present top-notch candidates to hiring managers and facilitate interview processes.
- Market Insights:Provide valuable insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive landscape within the oil and gas or energy sectors to guide recruitment strategies.
- Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their staffing needs and collaborating to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding:Contribute to enhancing the organization’s employer brand within the oil and gas or energy sectors. Promote a positive and attractive image of the company to potential candidates.
- Data-Driven Approach:Utilize recruitment metrics and data analysis to continually refine and improve recruitment strategies, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant recruitment laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities.
- Onboarding Support:Partner with HR teams to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for newly hired candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of demonstrated full cycle recruitment experience, specifically within the healthcare, insurance and professional services sectors within the USA.
- Proven success in identifying and hiring top talent in competitive markets.
- Deep understanding of the oil and gas or energy industries, including roles, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Strong sourcing skills using a variety of channels and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software, Workday preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
