Sr. Benefits Analyst
As a Sr. Benefits Analyst, you will assist with the daily administration and delivery of the company’s domestic health, welfare and retirement benefit plans in accordance with plan guidelines, federal and state regulations and company policies and procedures. Other responsibilities include:
- Work with the Benefits Team to administer health, welfare and retirement plans.
- Assist in the management of outsourced vendor relationships to ensure accuracy in benefits delivery, strong plan performance, regulatory compliance and cost containment.
- Assist with the coordination of annual compliance and audit activities for the benefit and retirement plans.
- Assist in the identification and implementation of benefit administration process improvements.
- Help resolve complex benefits issues related to employee or management inquiries, including appeals.
- Assist outsourced vendors to process life events, including death, disability, leave of absence, retirement events.
- Support the development and review of benefit communications.
- Support benefits accounting procedures and track benefit costs against budget.
- Support accurate and timely benefit invoicing payments.
- Support accurate and timely funding of 401(k) Plans.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
- Minimum five years related benefits experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Health, Welfare and Retirement plans and related regulations.
- Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, HIPPA and ERISA regulations
