Sr. HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing human resources strategies. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure our workforce thrives and contributes to the overall business success. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support to all areas of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, talent acquisition, HR partnership, leave administration, and compensation.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HR programs that align with our business objectives and values across multiple business locations throughout the US.
- Stay updated on federal and state employment legislation, ensuring compliance and accurate interpretation of laws and regulations.
- Lead and mentor a remote HR team to deliver exceptional results and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address HR challenges and opportunities, working effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Oversee and participate in the development and execution of effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate in the administration of leave programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining fairness and consistency.
- Manage and optimize compensation strategies, ensuring competitiveness in the market and internal equity.
- Uphold federal contractor compliance, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and affirmative action plans.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure private equity considerations are integrated into HR initiatives (preferred).
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience providing comprehensive HR guidance and support.
- Proven track record of effective leadership in HR management roles, with the ability to mentor and guide team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Demonstrated success in designing, developing, and implementing HR programs across multi-site business locations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Specialized experience in one or more HR functions such as employee relations, recruitment, talent acquisition, HR partnership, leave administration, or compensation.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment legislation, ensuring compliance in all HR practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and engage with employees at all levels.
- Solid understanding of federal contractor compliance, EEO, and affirmative action plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- HRCI or SHRM certification is required.
- Experience in private equity environments is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
