Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client is a prominent player in the home building/residential construction industry, dedicated to excellence and innovation. They are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team and help them build a talented and skilled workforce across the US. If you have 3-7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a related industry and enjoy establishing relationships with hiring managers across multiple states and sites, this is the role for you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and non-exempt, blue-collar positions within the home building and residential construction industry.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage a requisition load of 8-12 positions at any given time.
  • Travel quarterly to various locations as needed to support recruitment efforts.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with hiring managers on a multi-state and multi-site level.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a focus on non-exempt, blue-collar roles in home building or residential construction.
  • Strong knowledge of the talent landscape in a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to independently manage a high requisition load and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to travel periodically as required (quarterly).
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
  • High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills.
