Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join clients HR team.
- Full Recruitment Life Cycle: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers.
- Candidate Engagement: Handle high call volumes daily to engage with prospective candidates, build relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Efficient Project Management: Utilize effective project management skills to ensure all recruitment processes are completed efficiently and within established timeframes.
- Autonomous Work: Work independently while maintaining open lines of communication with the team, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Achieve Recruitment Targets: Meet or exceed recruitment target numbers consistently to contribute to the company’s talent acquisition goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Be open to receiving and implementing coaching feedback to improve skills and performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must enjoy engaging with people.
- Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Remote Work: Comfortable working in a remote environment and proficient with virtual communication tools.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment software and candidate databases.
- Results-Driven: A results-driven attitude with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Experience: Previous experience in blue-collar and corporate recruitment is preferred.
