Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join clients HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full Recruitment Life Cycle: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers.
  2. Candidate Engagement: Handle high call volumes daily to engage with prospective candidates, build relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Efficient Project Management: Utilize effective project management skills to ensure all recruitment processes are completed efficiently and within established timeframes.
  4. Autonomous Work: Work independently while maintaining open lines of communication with the team, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  5. Achieve Recruitment Targets: Meet or exceed recruitment target numbers consistently to contribute to the company’s talent acquisition goals.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Be open to receiving and implementing coaching feedback to improve skills and performance.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must enjoy engaging with people.
  3. Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  4. Remote Work: Comfortable working in a remote environment and proficient with virtual communication tools.
  5. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment software and candidate databases.
  6. Results-Driven: A results-driven attitude with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
  7. Experience: Previous experience in blue-collar and corporate recruitment is preferred.
