Talent Management Specialist
Our North Houston client is seeking a Talent Management Specialist who will be responsible for Implement Talent Management projects and programs by being action-orientated, self-motivated, energetic, and detailed-oriented. Primary responsibilities include:
- Prioritize and multi-task multiple complex Talent Management projects and programs.
- Learn quickly, be proactive, and assume ownership for a broad scope of Talent Management programs.
- Influence, engage, consult, and partner with employees at all levels of the company.
- Work effectively in fast paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
- Communicate effectively (both verbal and written) with all departments and with all levels of leadership.
- Foster cross-functional cooperation, trust, and respect.
- Facilitate the implementation of career pathing.
- Conduct talent reviews.
- Analyze and solve problems.
- Create materials and content for successful program implementations.
- Deliver presentations.
- Identify appropriate metrics to measure effectiveness of Talent Management.
- Identify sources of data, conduct analysis, identify gaps, identify trends, and recommend actions.
- Maintain Talent Management timelines, schedules, and dashboards.
- Present and report on Talent Management status.
- Focus on continuous improvement.
- All other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Talent Management or related field of study or equivalent years of experience.
- 2-3+ years of Talent Management experience leading and delivering cross-functional, cross-geographical projects and programs.
- 2-3+ years of experience setting priorities and delivering results.
- Direct experience supporting global talent management projects or programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of the company.
- Ability to actively listen.
- Ability to work with various departments and with all levels of leadership throughout the company.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships that incorporate cooperation, trust, and respect.
