Total Rewards Analyst
In this role, you will support all aspects of total rewards, including compensation and benefits, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, compliance, and employee experience. After 90 days, this position offers a hybrid schedule (2 days remote per week).
What You’ll Do:
- Support broad-based compensation programs, including data preparation for analyses, salary benchmarking, compensation surveys, cost analysis, salary guides, and annual compensation cycle participation.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including 401(k), vendor management, reporting, auditing, and employee lifecycle processing.
- Assist with HR compliance and reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with managers and employees to ensure a positive and engaging total rewards experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, including 401(k).
- Hands-on experience with compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and survey participation.
- Knowledge of benefits administration, including vendor management and reporting.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or related industries a plus.
