VP of HR
We’re searching for a strategic, hands-on HR leader to oversee enterprise-wide human resources operations for a growing, multi-state organization. This executive level opportunity combines tactical leadership with strategic influence and requires someone confident in navigating a dynamic, field-based workforce across multiple jurisdictions.
This individual will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership and guide a lean but high performing HR function that spans Employee Relations, Policy & Compliance, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Benefits.
What You’ll Own:
- Designing and implementing people strategies that align with business goals
- Leading employee relations efforts and high-level investigations across a 14-state footprint
- Developing and managing HR policies and compliance programs
- Overseeing talent development, staffing strategy, and benefits administration
- Acting as the primary HR resource for California-based compliance matters
- Partnering closely with executive leadership to support a people-first culture
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in an HR executive or VP-level role
- Multi-state experience in retail, wireless, or hospitality settings
- Strong knowledge of California employment law and labor relations***
- Experience developing HR policies and managing compliance
- Comfortable leading from the front in a player-coach environment
- Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator
